Unable to install client agents SCCM 2007
Hi Guys, I am having some problem in pushing client agents to machines. Firewall is disabled thru GPO (domain profile) and the SCCM accounts granted with admin rights on local machines. Below are the error codes mostly i see on machines. SCCM Client Agent Installation Errors: WNetAddConnection2 failed (LOGON32_LOGON_NEW_CREDENTIALS) using account dentsu\sccmclient (00000035)CWmi::Connect(): ConnectServer(Namespace) failed. - 0x8004100e ---> Unable to connect to WMI (r) on remote machine "GGN-RECEPTION", error = 0x8004100e. ---> ERROR: Unable to start service "ccmsetup" on machine "GGN-RECEPTION", error = 1068. Please share your inputs. thank You ! Nivil

Each error is unique and you should troubleshoot each individually. Error code 35 (hex) = 53 = "The network path was not found." This is indicative of a DNS name resolution issue on the site server for the target client. The namespace not found is expected on systems that do not have a ConfigMgr client installed. It's simple check to see whether it should initiate an upgrade or not based upon the settings. Error code 1068 = "The dependency service or group failed to start." You'll have to examine the target client's event logs and configuration on this one.Jason | http://blog.configmgrftw.com

Thanks. I got this issue resolved by doing the following things. First of all, we brought MPLS connectivity between the sites and it covered a big part. Secondly, I ran manual installation without a service created and recreated WMI Repository and after a restart, a fresh command to install the agent. It went well. Thank you for your inputs.
