Hi, I am unable to install SCCM Client on Windows 7 x64 systems. i am using SCCM 2007 SP2 with more than 1000 users. First guess, a corrupted file, check the client files on the site server that the above client used as the source, manually run the WindowsUpdateAgent30-x64.exe executable if in doubt of its validity I've seen customers with perfectly fine x86 client files, but for some reason zero byte files in the X64 folder ... probably unrelated to your issue.

Thanks, that was corrupted Exe which was showing same size. Once replaced exe, running fine. Dhiraj
