We had working user profile service in our 2010 Farm.And all the AD users are also getting synced perfectly. But the AD users whose user profiles exsists.But I am unable find them in the target audience option of the OOTB webpart option. When I search for the user.

Its showing this error all time for any user "no audience was found based on your search request. Refine your search text"
