I upgraded a site collection from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013. The site contains a library. Now the issue is, I am able to drag and drop any file below 250 kb. If I drag and drop a file with size more than 250 kb I get below error. Please help me out.

I have IE 10 , latest chrome and Firefox browsers.

I found the root cause. There was no enough free space in the drive that I configured content database of SharePoint 2013. I shrink databases and created some free space in the drive and tried to upload the files of size more than 250 kb (both manually and drag and drop) and I got success.
