Hi SajanWhere you able to fix this problem? If you have created the SLO, you have to wait couple of hours so that the data is populated in the Datawarehouse. Please let me know if that fixed your problem, otherwise I can work with you and fix it.

Hi SajanWhere you able to see the data in Service LEvel Tracking Summary Report?

Are you choosing daily data aggregation, and also have the dashboard duration set to "last 24 hours"? There are some SLOs that will not display with this configuration. Also, the service level tracking object must have been created in the report duration period you define. In other words, if you created the service level tracking object on November 1, 2009, your "From" and "To" report duration must encompass November 1, 2009. If your From and To dates are from before you created the service level tracking object, you will get the "unable to display data due to insufficient data" message.I hope this makes sense.- Layne

Was this issue ever resolved satisfactorily. I am having the same problem. None of the presented solutions presented here have worked. Also, there are no errors in any logs, or any other relavent data. The only issue is that after I choose the SL, all that appears is the 'Unable to display'...This has been installed over 24hrs.

KulastiI am hoping that you have installed the Service Level Dashboard Management Pack. If not, then please install the Management Pack first. The log file is located in ..\programdata\serviceleveldashboard\logs folder.

The SLD Management pack is installed. Essentially, I have created a group, added several machines to that group (in a new custom management pack) Then, I choose that group as the target when creating a new Service LEvel tracking object. However, there is no data displayed. Almost as if there is not monitoring data, however, when I check on the health, and on the monitoring agents, there is definitely data there.

Hi Raghu,I am able to see the data in Service LEvel Tracking Summary Report. But in the SLD I am still getting "unable to display". Also checked the dashboard logs, but could not find anything. Guys, we have data in our Summary report now but still the SLD shows insufficient data... did anyone manage to fix this? In our summary report we have the two service levels in there now (after 24 hours since setting up) but the Report Duration column shows grey sort of stop sign, is that normal?
