Unable to delgte the Managemnet Packs
I am unable to delete the managemnet pack , as i try to do so inthe console i get a dialogue to remove 2 other ones out of which 1 is Microsoft.SystemCenter.SecureReferenceOverride
Not sure if i should delete this. I searched online and found this blog:
http://thoughtsonopsmgr.blogspot.com/2010/05/scom-r2-not-able-to-remove-mp-when.html
I found that there was run as account and profile set .
So i deleted the Run as Account
But i do not get an Option to delete the Run As Profile (The delete is not Highlighted)
Any suggestions.
This MP depends on Microsoft.SystemCenter.SecureReferenceOverride

Microsoft.SystemCenter.SecureReferenceOverride Management Pack is automatically created by SCOM server.
When a Run As Configuration is set in SCOM R2, a new MP is created or, when already in place because sometime a Run As Configuration has been set before, that very same MP is altered. The MP is the Microsoft.SystemCenter.SecureReferenceOverride MP.
If possible you can follow the link to safely remove this MP but this MP is really needed in SCOM so take a good note.Regards, Ravi

Yeah, dont delete the securereference mp. you can however edit it as stated in the blogpost from Marnix that you found, however be carefull to follow the steps as to not break it. And import it back into the system. After that the dependency should be
gone and you can move forward with the removal of the mp you wanted to get rid of in the first place.Bob Cornelissen - BICTT (My BICTT Blog) - Microsoft Community Contributor 2011 Recipient

There is a more detailed walk through here and also at the end there are references to a script that Jonathan Almquist has done that will alert you on changes to the default management pack:
