Running SCCM 2012 R2 Primary Site. MDT 2013 integrated with SCCM 2012 R2. Not upgraded to CU2 yet.

Unable to Image the server. After deploying task sequence to server, The Task Sequence fails with random errors.

Tried creating new MDT Boot Image but that failed too. What log file to look into for MDT Boot Image failure?

Also in customer's environment it seems someone messed with the Default Boot Images. Can those be recreated?

Because of this we are unable to use SCCM 2012 R2 for imaging.

I created new folder and shared that and was able to create MDT Boot Image.
