Single Primary Site Server SCCM 2012 R2 CU3

Following http://www.scconfigmgr.com/2014/02/21/migrate-from-windows-xp-to-windows-8-1-with-configmgr-2012-r2/

Created USMT 5 package from WADK 8.0.

Created task sequence to scan data from XP machine collection.

THe XP machine has new SCCM client verison 1401 (CU3).

The scan state task sequence fails

SMP request to "http://heracles.sunyocc.edu" failed with error: E_SMPERROR_ROOTSTOREDIR_NOTAVAILABLE (210)

Is your SMP healthy? Have you verified this under site status in the console?

You could also check Smpmgr.log on the state migration point and smpisapi.log on the client.
