Hi,

End users are unable to connect VM which is hosted on Windows Server 2012, via App Controller. VMM Admin can connect to those VMs, so it seems some permission issue. Setup - VMM 2012 R2, App Controller 2012 R2, HyperV- 2008 R2/ 2012.

While user connect to VM, it just opens a blank page. It does asks to install active-x.

Need help to resolve the issue.

I have gone through many other similar post. I tried out those solutions, no success. Here I am facing different problem. Users are able to access the VMs hosted on Hyper-V host other than Windows 2012. If I add user into Admin group of Hyper-V host, they able to connect the console. So it's clearly issue of permission. Any suggestions?
