Hi We are running sccm 2007 R3, and I am trying to add the smssitecode to the installation dialog box for a TS, and it keeps complaining the installation properties dialog box cannot contain the smssitecode, why is this happening? I would like to add the following smssitecachesize=20000 smssitecode=DAW

Hi, Why would you add the SMSSITECODE in your TS...? My step basically looks like this: SMSSLP="SITESERVER" SMSCACHESIZE=15000

I thought it was better if you had the site code in the installation properties of the client, so I assumed I had to put it in installation properties dialog box, so when the client installs as part of the TS it has the site code, am I wrong?

Hi, Take a look at this. Installation Properties Site assignment and the default configuration are automatically specified by the task sequence action. You can use this field to specify any additional installation properties to use when you install the client. To enter multiple installation properties, separate them with a space.
