Unable to access console session of VMs via App Controller

I have App contoller 2012 SP1 and VMM 2012 SP1 w/ RU7 installed. VMs are all on Hyper-V 2012 SP1 servers.

I have a self service user created and want them to access a cloud that has also been created. They can authenticate onto App Controller OK and see the VMs listed, but when they attempt to get onto a console session on either they can install the tools required, but when they try to connect to the machine they get an initial black screen then just a white box.

I've given these users more rights, but I get the same results. The only time I can get this to work is when I use a domain admin credential, which works without issue, but any other time fails.

This is what I see:

UPDATE:

I have also now tried to access these virtual machines via a VMM console and this also fails with the following error:

Virtual Machine Manager lost the connection to the virtual machine for one of the following reasons:

* Another connection was established to the console of this machine.
* The virtual machine has been shut down or put into a saved state.
* The user credentials provided do not have the necesary privelege to connect.

I am having a similar issue. My users manage to access the Portal but when wanting to access the Console of a VM they get prompted for Access to an The HyperV Host itself. And they need to enter Admin credentials....
