Added FrontPage Server Extensions to an existing Server 2003 system (To support Click Once Deployments). Microsoft SharePoint Administration shows up under web sites but generates a 404 file not found error when you attempt to browse to configure. It shows up under web service extensions and is enabled there. Internet Explorer Enhanced Security is enabled on the server. I have tried adding the local server name in both Intranet Sites and Trusted sites. I suspect something simple but have not stumbled across yet.
