Unable to Create web application from Central Admin.

Hi,

We are unable to create Web Application using Central Admin. Application is being created only on Application-1 Server since central admin is on App-1.. rest of APP2, FE1 & FE2 have no IIS application. When try to open its saying something went wrong.

It seems servers are not synchronizing. Its working fine using PowerShell.

Are you running the command with the same account when applying the change through Central Admin as when you run PowerShell?

Yes, using same Server Farm Account.
