Hi Kiran, Did you change the service account if you are loggin as different domain user? Please describe your reporting environment in more details? What's the account used to loggon the report manager? thanks, Jerry

Can I pick up this thread? Looks like it has been silent for a couple of months. I think I am having the same problem. Same OS, same SQL Server. Some differences: RS service is running under a domain account and access to report databases is with that same domain account. I can successfully schedule e-mail for a report if I logon with a domain account in the same domain as Reporting Services server. The e-mail fails if I schedule it with a domain account from another TRUSTED domain. Both accounts have all the same privileges. From Reporting Services log file: library!WindowsService_12!118c!01/31/2011-14:25:12:: e ERROR: Throwing Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ServerConfigurationErrorException: AuthzInitializeContextFromSid: Win32 error: 1355, Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ServerConfigurationErrorException: The report server has encountered a configuration error. ; library!WindowsService_12!118c!01/31/2011-14:25:12:: i INFO: Initializing EnableExecutionLogging to 'True' as specified in Server system properties. emailextension!WindowsService_12!118c!01/31/2011-14:25:12:: e ERROR: Error sending email. Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.RSException: The report server has encountered a configuration error. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ServerConfigurationErrorException: The report server has encountered a configuration error. notification!WindowsService_12!118c!01/31/2011-14:25:12:: e ERROR: Error occured processing subscription 4161b872-9316-4a8f-94a1-a78946716927: Failure sending mail: The report server has encountered a configuration error. Mail will not be resent. I can find a number of items on the internet for "AuthzInitializeContextFromSid: Win32 error: 1355", but the only one with a resolution was a fix for Windows Server 2003.
