Unable to Create Host Named Site Collection

Hello everyone,

I have a Host Named Site Collection already set up in my Staging environment, but when I try to create it in Production, I get an error related to Reporting Services. This is due to a failed Report Server deployment, and it seems some files and references have been left behind. This is the error I get when I try to create the HNSC:

New-SPSite : Failed to load receiver assembly "Microsoft.ReportingServices.SharePoint.UI.ServerPages,Version=11.0.0.0,Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91" for feature "ReportServer" (ID:

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.

To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

You need to cleanly uninstall SSRS (or attempt to install it). The Feature ID indicated is attempting to load those SSRS assemblies. You could try FeatureAdmin to remove the SSRS features, but it would be better to clean it up properly.
