UnInstall Office SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection Feature
We enabled Moss functionality by accident and now we need to make sure the MOSS features are not an option on the frontend. Is there any way to uninstall the moss feature set? I know we can't go back to WSS without reinstalling but is there a way to just remove the features? I know you can disable them within central admin but I just don't want them to show up at all. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Jeff,
Ammar gave you a way to uninstall the features, but I do not recommend you to uninstall them as I do not have a article or tutorial that lists all the feature required
by SharePoint Server 2007.
You could use
SPM2007
(
http://spm.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=22762
) to know the feature current enabled and uninstall them.
Please notice, uninstall the features may cause some of your farm functionality not working properly, please backup your farm before doing the operations.
Hope the information can be helpful.

Hi, Lambert,
I uninstall the PortalLayouts by mistake. I run "stsadm -o uninstall id 5f3b0127-2f1d-4cfd-8dd2-85ad1fb00bfc" and realized later that it caused all collaboration portal site break apart. I cannot find office sharepoint server enterprise site collection
feature in my site collection features anymore. Is there anyway I can recover it? Thanks.
