is possible to install 2 Essentials Server : one as a Domain controller and one as a member server of the same domain?

If it's not possible, the second Essentials could be at least in Workgroup environment?

With Essentials, the SKU as the DC the domain is limited to 25 users and 50 devices.  One properly spec'd server will easily handle this so I don't see the need for a second one.  In any case the product is designed to be the root of the forest and hold all the FSMO roles.  Here is an explanation of the product and its cousin, the essentials role on Server Standard.

To do what you ask you would need the Essentials role added to Server 2012 R2.  While this version will cost a bit more, you get the ability to install it as a hypervisor and then two VM's using the same licens
