Trying to use USMT bat file to deploy online scanstate in order to backup Sophos encrypted laptops

I am having some issues deploying a package with the following bat file in order to perform an online scanstate.

Scan.cmd file is as follows.

xcopy /e %~dp0%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%\*.* %windir%\system32\USMT\*.* /Y

SET MIG_IGNORE_PROFILE_MISSING=1
c:
cd %windir%\system32\USMT

C:\WINDOWS\system32\usmt\scanstate.exe \\srvdp1\usmt\%computername% /i:migapp.xml /i:migdocs.xml /i:miguser.xml /ue:*\* /uel:30 /v:5 /o /c /nocompress

I can run the bat file successfully on the client.  Issue when trying to create a package.

Share rights are present for everyone and the SCCM service account. Any thoughts as what I am doing incorrectly.  I can not find much in the way of using SCCM to manually deploy a scanstate via a bat/cmd file.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, as the XP Apocalypse is right around the corner.

Hi,

Please take a look in Execmgr.log. I think there may be some clues.

Otherwise, you may try to just distribute scanstate.exe and specify the command line.

I will take a look at the log file.  I will also try the running scanstate from the command line.  Thanks for the response.  I will let you know the results.
