Trying to install Windows Phone SDK 7.1 via configuration manager.
I downloaded the Windows Phone SDK 7.1 offline installer and Put it out on my distribution point.
The silent switches for this product is setup /q /norestart.
If I run it via command line it works perfect without sccm, if I run it in a package using sccm
The advertisement fails with 5100 ERROR.

have you tried setup /q /NoEventLog /NoErrorLog /norestart ? it will log events to the current user profile, and as the TS run as the system account, that might fail!Michael Petersen | My blogs:
