Her is the full how is our setup this may help you As we have one server and we have installed all in one in that sever (RMS Database and Reporting )as we are just now monitoring three server and they are not non- trusted zone and used certificate for authentication and we have installed in other two clients and they are working fine but in one of the server it is giving following is event when we stopped the Agent following event description and event code in series 1) The Health Service did not find any policy in Active Directory -- 2011 2 )Active Directory Integration has been disabled for management group SCOMRMS -- 20063 3 ) The OpsMgr Connector has loaded the specified authentication certificate successfully.---- 20053 4 ) Management Group "SCOMRMS" was started.---- 2002 5 ) OpsMgr has no configuration for management group SCOMRMS and is requesting new configuration from the Configuration Service. --- 21023 6 ) The Health Service successfully logged on the RunAs account CHMEYSGSCYC2\administrator for management group SCOMRMS ---- 7026 7 ) The Health Service has published the public key [17 B0 92 D7 46 9E C5 81 4B 3B 2D BE 8E F9 9D 93 ] used to send it secure messages to management group SCOMRMS. This message only indicates that the key is scheduled for delivery, not that delivery has been confirmed. ---- 7006 8 ) The Health Service has validated all RunAs accounts for management group SCOMRMS. ------ 7019 we have tryed all the blogs and but it did not worked

What is the actual problem? The agent never gets config? If so - look on the RMS - and see if it is generating new config for the agent.Kevin Holman

Agent installation and Certificate installation goes smooth and have no problem in that but it not showing RMS server as pending so that it get added in it.

As the agent doesn't seem to have a problem you should look in the (r)ms logs this agent is reporting to.Rob Korving http://jama00.wordpress.com/
