Hi All,

I have EX2013CU9, configured transport rule for Moderation of Specific messages.

DisplayName for my users is Russian. ( Sometimes Russian & English )

But when i receive message for Approval it shows ????????? for UserName of TargetUser - see screenshot

How can i fix it?

( Issue in OWA & Outlook 2013 )

( Regional Settings on EX Servers set to Russian )

( For all other Messages, in OWA, ECP etc - User Name displayed correctly )

Hi Andrew,

Please set moderation for other users and confirm whether the issue happens to all users (Russian & English). Please make sure your server and DC are installed both Russian & English languages.

Additionally, please access this problematic user and moderator mailbox respectively in OWA, then do the following changes:

Click Settings > Options > Settings > regional, set the Language to Russian and save the settings to have a try.
