Trouble with Self service portal.

I have recently deployed MBAM 2.5 into out environment.  I integrated it with SCCM 2012 R2. Everything went well, except for the fact that when I access the service portal I am not seeing the option for Drive recovery.  I have posted a picture below. Thank you in advance!

Firstly this is not a self service portal , this is the MBAM Helpdesk Page.

The drive recovery option might not appear if the user account logged in with is not a part of MBAM Helpdesk Groups in Active Directory.

The self service portal would be something like this :http(s)://webserver.com/SelfService, and all domain user should be able to access it without any special permission or delegation.
