I have downloaded the 180 day trial version of Sharepoint 2010 but when I start the install it is still prompting me for a license key which was not provided by the download. Does anyone know what needs to be done in order to install the trial version? Should I need some kind of a trial key should that have been downloaded with the trial version? Thanks,

Check the Junk mail folder in your email client. As I remember the trial version does require a key, but its sent out by email. Mine was interepreted as junk mail and disposed of by Outlook. A key should have been sent to the email address you registered with for the download.Paul Stork SharePoint Server MVP
