Is it normal that a site based on template Compliance Policy Center (new in SharePoint Server 2016 IT Preview) always appears as Document Deletion Policy Center ? In another words, title is good ("Centre de conformit") but it's not used in the page.

The Compliance Policy Center refers to the name assigned via the Site Definition. The Site Collection associated is provisioned with the Title "Document Deletion Policy Center" which represents the current intended purpose in SharePoint Server 2016 IT Preview, I.e. management of policies to delete documents after a specified period of time. These policies can also be used in conjunction with in-place hold policies as well.
