We have source and target forest - 2 way forest trust has established we have configured GALSync between 2 forests and contacts objects are created successfully in the target forest, we are able to find the contacts of both forests in the outlook. we need to enable LcsSync also for enable the contacts to Lync 2010 We found this procedure in one MS form: If you are using global address list (GAL) sync with Microsoft Exchange Server, you must make sure to configure GAL sync to synchronize the distinguished name (DN) of a user to populate the msDS-SourceObjectDN on the contact object for the user. The attribute is automatically synchronized by the Lync Server Sync tool. Please provide the clear steps to achieve the same Thanks in advanceDeena

As far as I understand you have two forests with user accounts Lync 2010 deployed in one of both forests GAL Sync established to achieve a GALs with identity information from both forests Now the Lync address book service should be able to establish a address book containing entries from both forests Do you have a problem to establish this attribute flow? My exact question is i wany to configre cetral forest and reourse forest concept for OCS setup in the Same FIM server(Where i run GAL Sync).So that i have to run Lyncsync.DLL. How to configure LyncSync.DLL between forest? Deena
