Timer Service frozen on task - affecting email to and from SharePoint
Hello, I am hoping someone out there can shed some light on an issue I'm having with MOSS 2k7. I recently installed a suite of web parts from Bamboo solutions on my dev server, and after uninstalling them all, I am having issues with the SharePoint timer server. Custom workflows on document libraries are not sending email notifications, and email enabled document libraries are not receiving emails. Those emails are showing up in the "Drop" folder on our app servers InetPub/mailroot/ folder. I verified with our server team that no STMP settings have been changed. I then noticed that when I go to the "Timer Job Definitons" link under Central Admin - Operations I get a "File not Found" error. After doing some investigating, I ran the gl-enumtimerjobdefinitions stsadm command and received the following: "The type initializer for 'Bamboo.Web.Licensing.ProductsRegistration.JobDefinitions.UpgradeLicense' threw an exception" Is there any way I can somehow manually delete this initializer or remove it somehow? I've tried contacting Bamboo directly, but their support has not replied yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
