I'm trying to apply the Asset Intelligence hotfix (KB2444668) to the SCCM client on my workstation and it gives me an error: Software Update for ConfigMgr 2007 SP2 (KB2444668) -- This hotfix does not match the installed role of Configuration Manager 2007 I've got the SCCM console installed on the system - could that be an issue?Orange County District Attorney

Is this the hotfix msi that you downloaded directly from Microsoft or the package that the hotfix creates after you apply it to the site server?
