Hello Team, Presently We have facing some problem. Some times we are getting bulk alerts for a rule from a server ( 20000+ Alerts) There is anyway to intimate that bulk alerts from this server? Because presently we are knowing only after getting bulk alerts ( Checking Manually), then we taking action against them, but in mean time all those bulk alerts reaches the ticketing tool ( Unnecessary Loading Connector) Please advise us any other way ( Except Alert Suppress) to intimate if any single alert generates 10000+ Cheers, Nachi

I don't know any way to simulate bulk alerts to SCOM. Maybe there is an SQL script somewhere, but I haven't seen it yet. I would try to identify which rules or alerts are causing these alerts and try to disable/override those monitors for these agents. What is the timeframe you are seeing these alerts appear? In my experience so far the most alerts I have seen for one server are about 300, but this can differ per enviroment. But 10.000 is really too much I think, if it comes from one agent.
