I downloaded a set of themes form themes panel(Swedish Autumn). They loaded but I have no options to "stretch" across my 2 displays and they are rotating instead of giving me the option to select only one. Is this the way it is suppose to

If it is possible, please post a screenshot here. It will help understand the issue more clearly.

Considering you are using dual displays, we could try to change the project mode (WIN+P)to have a check.
