Hello, the resolution was: run the Configure Ops Mgr Agent task for every Collector server in our environment (xxxx). This task is located in the SCOM Console > Monitoring > nWorks VMware > _Enterprise Manager Dashboard Select the Collector from the _Collector State view In the Action Pane > nWorks Collector Task > Run Configure OpsMgr Agent System Center Operations Manager 2007 / System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 / Forefront Client Security / Forefront Identity Manager
