I am installing the system center App controller on w2k12 server. But received the error 

"the specified sql server instance is not supported version or edition" when I provided the computer Name in the server name

and selected the default instance "SQLEXPRESS" as the instance name, on the configure the SQL server database page.

I have installed SC orchestartor on the same system with same database instance it worked without any error.

Hi puneDev,

App Controller does not support SQL Server Express.

Please use SQL Server Standard or Enterprise.
