i have created a cube in SQL Server Analysis Service 2005 in the project i created the role and add members. Everything process and deployed successfully. i went into proclarity to create a briefing book and publish it which was also fine, then on the Proclarity Administrative Tools the New liabrary, Role were created for the cube with the right persmissions and security. when i browse the cube from my machine it works fine but from the users machine i get the following message

The selected page could not be opened because the cube could not be found. Please choose a different page

can someone assist

Hi Guys,

I had the same issue. When I was trying to Access a cube through Proclarity for a particular user Group, It was throwing Below error:

The selected page could not be opened because the cube could not be found. Please choose a different page

. Actually I have security setup at dimensions. And above error was coming other than Admin users. Above error message is not enoght to get the issue details so I brows the cube in SSMS for a particular User group & got an error message that Child not for SHIFT does not exist.

This issue came when I modified a Cube dimension name from SHIFT to NIGHT SHIFT.

Solution:I imported cube from SSMS to BIDS & Open Dimension NIGHT SHIFT, deleted the attribute on which i had security setup & again created & did full process. After that I was able to see.
