Hi, When i try to access the 'My Subscriptions' page of my local report server then i get the following error: "The report server is unable to access encrypted data. Apply a back-up key or delete all encrypted content. (rsEncryptedDataUnavailable) (rsRPCError) Get Online Help" Please tell me how can i resolve this issue? Thanks, Deepti

Goto Reporting Services Configuration Tool in Configuration Tools of SQL Server, Goto Encrytion Keys Tab and Try Deleting all Encrypted Content. Try My Subscriptions then. and check eventviewer for any related error?

Not Deleting, but Changing the encrypted content through the configuration tool helped me. Press 'Change' on the Encryption tab in Config tool
