Hi, We have just finished deploying the OLSync (live @ edu) connector on our ILM 2007 FP1 SP1 server (build 3.3.1139.2) - using this guide http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/dd575560.aspx. We have just successfully ran the Full Import (Stage Only) on the Outlook Live MA. When I try and open the AD MA to specify the On-Premise OUs to sync with Outlook Live, I get the following error message: "The management agent could not be started as the management agent was configured improperly" Now the only reference I have found to this error message online is here: http://blogs.technet.com/b/jpilmblg/archive/2010/02/09/info-sp1-for-ilm2007fp1-sp1-export.aspx - but I am not certain that the circumstances are the same. Additionally I have used the AD_MA service account which we are successfully using on another FIM server - this AD_MA account has extensive AD rights, also pops up with the same error message. Please could someone point us in the right direction? thank you, SK PS. OK, I found http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2346516 and installed it. I am now able to open the OnPremise AD MA and select my OUs. Busy going thru the Run Profiles - will update when they're finished.

OK all Run Profiles ran - next problem, nothing is being provisioned in Live, but thats another post.
