Following implementation of App-v5 SP3 we are seeing publishing server errors :

"The client version is in an unknown format: 5.0.10107.0,5.0.10107.0."
"The client version is in an unknown format: 5.0.10107.0/policies_234/26/50."

In the publishing server event logs. The client is showing errors such as :

Failed to validate provided xml.
DOM Error: Unknown HResult Error code: 0xc00ce224
Reason: The node is neither valid nor invalid because no DTD/Schema declaration was found

Attempting to launch an app results in a "The application failed to launch. This may be due to a network failure" error.

The URL we are using on the client for the publishing server is http://{FQDM}:PORT/?ClientVersion=5.0.10107.0

Has anyone else seen this ?

With the questionmark -> http://{FQDM}:PORT/?

It should be something like -> http://appv.company.net:8000 (8000 is port from publishingserver)

If you openup this url on a client, do you get a filled xml document (whith package the user/machine is entitled to)?
