The Windows PowerShell snap-in 'Microsoft.Exchange.Management.Pow erShell.Admin' is not installed on this machine.
I have installed Exchange 2010 Management Tools on the ILM Server, still getting following error while running the Export run profile of AD Management Agent. The extensible extension returned an unsupported error in MIIS. The stack trace is: "Microsoft.MetadirectoryServices.ExtensionException: The Windows PowerShell snap-in 'Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.Admin' is not installed on this machine. at Exch2007Extension.Exch2007ExtensionClass.BeginExportToCd(String connectTo, String domain, String user, String password) Identity Lifecycle Manager 4.0.2173.0"

Attempting to use 2 or more unreleased products together is never really a good idea. My guess here is that currently, FIM (ILM V2) is only going to work with Exchange Server 2007 and not with 2010.Paul Adare CTO IdentIT Inc. ILM MVP

The product team have said they're waiting for Exchange 2010 to hit RTM before they'll even try to make it work with FIM 2010 therefore we'll have to wait before we could try this.Henrik Nilsson Blog: http://www.idmcrisis.com Company: Cortego (http://www.cortego.se)

Henrik is rightWith Exchange 2010 not released yet and the fact that there are a number of changes that we need to make to the MAwe will wait for Exchange 2010to RTM before we support that version. BrjannThis posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights

I am hoping the "silent" failure mode in webservices and other seen during mailbox provisioning RC0 and Exchange 2007 are addressed in FIM 2010 interfacing with Exchange 2010!Anu
