On every computer in our environment, the following event log entry appears every day. I'd like to know why it is happening and how to get rid of it. Correct, there are no entries between 7:56am and 8:09am in the policyevaluator.log on this machine for today.

Thanks for the tip on policyspy, but I don't really know what I'm supposed to be looking for here. We are running FEP 2010 and I believe it is one of those policies that is causing the issue but when I do a manual machine policy refresh on a client everything appears to work smoothly. I might need to launch a thread over in the FEP forums, I see that this machine is getting three policies, one of them is called "FEP Service Policy". Looks like this is something FEP creates but it isn't something that should be directly changed in SCCM. Do you have any ideas why this message would appear every day at the same time, but not when the machine does a manual policy refresh (or regularly scheduled policy refresh, we have our policy update interval set for 30 minutes on clients)

Possibly... I found this post which talks about the "FEP service policy" http://itbloggen.se/cs/blogs/blom/archive/2011/05/19/what-is-fep-service-policy.aspx, this might explain what's going on but I still don't understand where the 24 hour refresh is coming from. I made some changes to our FEP policies and will see if there is any affect tomorrow.

The problem seems to have been caused by a problematic FEP policy. I removed the one that was created most recently and the issue has gone away.
