Hi, maybe anyone here can help me with my problem. Some colleagues come to me because they created alerts for an announcement list and if user have created long announcements the text in the email notification was cropped after different positions. I saw 3 mails, one is cropped after 760 characters, the 2nd after 1540 and the third after 945. After the first mail I thought there is default limit for the emails but as I saw the next emails there are more characters (but not all) in the mail. The recipient got no information that the email text was cropped, sometimes the text line was end in the middle. You can drop the Microsoft from that name but should not add "Portal".
