Server Error in '/' Application.

First you need to tell in brief that your website all pages shows this error or only some specific pages show errors.

If you recently make any changes to your website first revert them and test your website.

Now second part this time make changes on your website at local machine and see effects that website is working or not. If you got the same errors need to specify that what kind of changes you made

Open web.config of the web application and change callstack true and customerror Off. Then you might see the actual error
