We are running some scheduled antivirus-scans. Some endusers (non local admins) need to pauze these scans when they have heavy load due to other applications.
How can we achieve this (won't make seperate groups for them because endusers  which have this need vary a lot)?

Well.. you don't have a lot of options. The only one I can think of right now is using a custom Antimalware Policy and configure the User control of scheduled scans in the Scan settings.
