Task Sequence cannot continue TS Manager or GINA not installed
HiWe have a problem with deploying our machines with SCCM."Setup windows and ConfigMgr" is run normally after applying the wim, and the machine reboots into win2003 sysprep. After installing some applications later, i've added a "Restart Computer". This executes normally and the machine reboots. But when it comes up, the task sequence doesn't start again. The smsts.log says:_OSDGinaIsConfigured variable set to _SMSTSServiceStartType variable set to FALSE, HRESULT=80004005 (e:\nts_sms_fre\sms\client\tasksequence\executionengine\engine.cxx,561) Task sequence cannot continue after reboot because TS Manager is not configured to auto-start or GINA is not installed CheckForRebootRequest(&bRebootInitiated), HRESULT=80004005 (e:\nts_sms_fre\sms\client\tasksequence\executionengine\engine.cxx,274) Fatal error is returned in check for reboot request of the action (Restart all servertypes).Unspecified error (Error: 80004005; Source: Windows) An error (0x80004005) is encountered in execution of the task sequenceI've been looking around, and all places I see they blame the "setup windows and configmgr" has been removed or misplaced - but this is not the case for me.Anyone have any suggestions?

I encountered a similar issue once.In the 'Restart Computer' Step, make sure the 'Specify what to run after restart' is set to 'currently installed default operating system' and NOT the 'boot image assigned to this task sequence'Let me know if this helps.

You shouldn't disable the "Setup windows and configmgr" step in the task sequence.
