Targeted email alerts
Is this possible; create targeted email alerts based on particular servers?
For example; have any and all email alerts for server1, server2 and server3 sent to tech1 and tech2. Alerts for server4, server5 and server6 sent to tech3 and tech4 - and so on.
We have "separated duties", so we would rather not send all alerts to everyone in IT. But I do not see a way to accomplish what we want to do.

Hi,
Sure it is.
In Authoring, Groups, you create a group (group name could be Tech1), add the servers which Tech1 is responsible for.
In Administraion, Notifications, Subsribers, add a new subsriber.
In Administraion, Notifications, Subscriptions, add a new subscriptions, select "raised by any instance in a specific group" and select the group you have created. You can add other conditions, "of a pecific severity", "of a specific priority",
"with a specific resolution state"......
