Table Wizard question

Hi

I have created a table using the table wizard and have grouped my results based on the record owner's name.

By mistake, I left the checkmark in the hide show groups.

When I run the report,  there is a + mark beside each owner's name.

Is there a way to remove this without having to re-run the table wizard?

Hi Katie,

You can remove the drill down by unchecking the check box in the group properties.

Right click on the row group based on owner name and then it should display

something like the below image

Just uncheck the checkbox beside Display can be toggled by this item

According to your description, you have added a Expand/Collapse Action to an Item, right?

In your scenario, to remove the Expand/Collapse Action behind values of owners name, you can also open the corresponding Tablix member Properties and remove value of the ToggleItem property under Visibility tab.
