Dear Support,

We are using Windows 7 Operating system.When we are working in the system,the system keeps on automatically re-booting.

I don't know what has happened to the system.

I am not able to take the screenshot.

Please let me know what may the root cause of the issue and how to fix it.

This may be as result of an accessory that was plugged into the computer.

Do a system restore and it should be ok.

Hi Pradeep,

Does it give you any warning message?

Is it rebooting before loading any background applications, desktop icons etc.? or does it load first and restart in sometime?

If it loads and then reboots can you see if you think is looking suspicious/ warning on the system tray?

Did you recently did any installations?

Did you insert any pen drive with windows software on it ?
