I'm getting the following error when trying to log in a domain PC:
System error 1314 has occurred. A required privilege is not held by the client.

This only occurs on this PC and it happens for all non-admin users. I believe it's a local security policy issue but can't find which settings I'll need to modify to get it working.

I have changed the following settings but to no avail:

Local Computer Policy, Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Securty Settings, Local Policies, User Rights Assignments, Change the System Time
