I'm confused on why 2 systems that are located in the same OU in AD would show the SCCM object's System OU Name in a different format.  Some of the objects will have the full "domain.com/OU/whatever" path and other objects will just have the OU names listed without the paths.  I noticed this while creating device collections based on OU queries.  Its not hard for me to adjust the query, i'm just curious as to why the difference.

for example, below are 2 SCCM object's System OU Name data.  Both objects are found in the same OU in AD

Bring up the properties of both systems in the ConfigMgr console and double check which agent reported it.

The 2 in the example above, have both been found by the AD System Discovery, AD Group Discovery, Client Registration, and Heartbeat
