System Name has stopped working
System Name has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. This error prompt up when user click print, export & save at the RDLC Report. The user PC OS is windows 7

Hello Giin Sing, The error message is quite common, and we cannot get any clues from the error message. Based on the error, I guess that it is possible that the account does not have permission to access some folders. In order to narrow down this issue, please try to log on the user PC with system administrator, and launch the application in "Run as Administrator" mode. If it can work correctly, then we can say that the component was installed properly, but the main cause is that the account does not have enough permission to access. If the application still crashes in the "Run as Administrator" mode, then please try to run the application in the another computer, to see whether this is a general code issue or it is an odd scenario. If it is an odd case, please try to uninstall and install the report viewer control to see whether it can alleviate this symptom. I hope my suggestion could be helpful to you.
