What OS (version & edition)?
What kind of task sequence (build and capture or deployment)?
Are you deploying drivers during the TS? What are they?
Are you deploying Software Updates during the TS? What are they?
Are you deploying any applications during the TS? What are they?
Are there applications, software updates, or drivers in the image you are deploying (if using a deployment TS)? What are they?
How di you create the image (if using a deployment TS)?Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys

thanks for your reply. Well i have bare metal system on which im trying to test deployment & after that i will do the same with other systems.
What kind of task sequence (im using option USE EXISTING IMAGE)
Are you deploying drivers during the TS (YES system drivers
Are you deploying Software Updates during the TS (NO
Are you deploying any applications during the TS? (NO
i just first add the windows7 boot image & upload the drivers into it, then create operating system image & operating system install package and create the task sequence updated the all distribution points. thats it

So you are using boot.wim from the Win7 Media?
Why are you creating an OS Install Package & an OS Image package?Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys

well, im just testing the deployment as i have a big environment sccm & clients are in diffrent vlans so just for the testing purpose im using the above options after that i will use build & capture & other useful options as per requirement.

completing your answer. Why are you creating an OS Install Package & an OS Image package?
I use OS Image option to add install.wim file & use OS Install Package option to define the source of the whole windows7 setup.

i know the differences between both of them & i also have described that why im using this process, & i will change it with build & capture image & then i will use that install.wim (OS Image) to deploy other systems. it is very strange
to me that in my lab environment i use the same method & it works 100% but in production environment im using the same settings same system same drivers same method but no luck. can tell me about the errors. Thanks for reply.

First, check this out for the difference between the two types of packages:
http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys/archive/2009/08/19/osd-os-install-packages-vs-os-images.aspx.
Second, (I think this is in the above post also) it is not best practice to directly use the install.wim in ConfigMgr OSD -- it will cause you problems.
Last, are you using the boot.wim from the media?Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys

What kind of system are deploying to? Is it some sort of VM? If so, have you included the mass storage drivers in the PE boot image to access the mass storage?
And (again), are you using the boot.wim for the Win 7 source media or one of the built-in boot images?Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys

Don't use the boot.wim from the OS source files. Use one of the ConfigMgr built in boot images or have MDT build one for you.Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys

The only error in this log which i could found is Failed to resolve selected task sequence dependencies. Code(0x80040101) which i think related to NAC & the same is already set. Is this causing the failure of my TS? any idea.

if it's not a vm, have you tried a bios update on the hardware you are trying to pxe boot ?
can you try to re-enter the NAA account username and password.. (in computer client agent...)
does it only fail with this hardware or with all ?

Sorry, I'm fresh out. I'm sure that there is a configuration error somewhere -- I've deployed OSD to something like 20+ production customers and done it in the lab at least double that many times and never gotten stuck like this. Without actually being in
front of the system, I really don't know what else to look at. It may be time to bring in CSS or an outside consultant.Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys

HRESULT=80040101 above is in the context of NAA not NAC.
checkout this thread, could be a match for you:

Thanks to all of you. I have resolved the issue. Actually as i've mentioned above i had a diffrent account for NAC with domain admin & Enterprise Admin rights & it works fine with all kind of deployment but it wasn't working with OSD , i changed
it with Administrator user & everything is fine now. Thanks God. I also reset the site but i still had a same problem unless i changed the NAC User with Administrator.
