System Interrupts using 20% of my CPU at all times - ndis.sys latency issues?

I recently installed Windows 10 on my HP Pavilion g6-1202sa and have been having performance issues. System Interrupts were always taking at least 20% of my CPU at all times, leaving only 80% for other programs. I did some research and learned that I should install my AMD drivers. I did this but the issue was still present. Running LatencyMon tells me that ndis.sys and tcpip.sys are creating latency issues, so naturally I updated my network cards through Windows Update (as I can't get the drivers for my card from HP, as they aren't compatible). However, this did not solve the problem, nor did disabling my network cards completely. I can get an xperf log if that's required.

Hi ThatDuck,

If available please upload the Xperf into OneDrive and then post the shared link here.

We will help to analyze it.
