System Center Configuration Manager 2012 showing all clients as inactive wont do client push

All of our clients within SCCM 2012 are all showing up as Inactive. I have checked all settings to make sure the clients should be reporting and everything looks to be setup ok. Another issue we are having is when we attempt to push a client we are not able to do so. If we attempt to manually install the client on the workstation it fails as well.

This all occurred after I had to repair the SCCM installation.

Can someone please help us out with these issue, any insight would be great!

Thanks you!

Have a look at Monitoring > Site Status and Component Status

Are they all green? Right click and look at error messages

Check that you can communicate with the Management Point using

http://servername/SMS_MP/.SMS_AUT?MPCERT

http://servername/SMS_MP/.SMS_AUT?MPLI

MP has Critical Status and the logs have an error message of:

MP Control Manager detected management point is not responding to HTTP requests.  The HTTP status code and text is 500, Internal Server Error.

I get the Internal Server Error when navigating to the web address.

Thank you. I had to re install the MP as we already had SP1 installed. I will provide an update as soon as I have one and will mark your answer.

Are your clients now reporting correctly and is client push OK?

Look at the component stats again and check the messages. Reset the counters on your components and ensure that the MP stays green.

Nope. The MP is still red, even after I reset the counts.

There are no errors reporting now in messages, SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER is still critical. There seems to be something else going on.

If there are no errors then all is OK. Do you see this?

MP Control Manager verified that Management Point is responding to HTTP requests.

The main question is - are clients now reporting?

The component will show critical based on the number of previous errors - this is not a real-time status. If the errors are no longer occurring you should be able to reset the status (it will do so in time automati

I miss spoke on my message. I apologize. There are no messages Error/Warning/Informational in SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER. I reset the counts probably 2-3 hours ago.
